1. Applicability and website relationship
These Terms apply when you access, browse or use app-flclash.com, including its FlClash download guidance, configuration tutorials, FAQs, developer documentation, Privacy Policy and other site content. By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that the material is provided as website-level information and that you are responsible for deciding whether it is suitable for your own device, network environment and intended use.
app-flclash.com is an independent information website. It is not the chen08209/FlClash GitHub repository, the FlClash development team, the Mihomo project, GitHub, a proxy-node provider, a subscription provider, a VPN provider or a managed technical-support service. Visiting the site does not create a paid support, proxy service, software-license, subscription or other contractual relationship that the site does not explicitly offer.
2. Website scope
The site organizes information about FlClash across Android, Windows, macOS and Linux, including download and architecture guidance, Profiles, Override, proxy groups, Rule / Global / Direct modes, System Proxy, Android VPN, TUN, DNS, Connections, Logs, WebDAV and Mihomo External Controller references.
The site may summarize, translate, reorganize or explain information from public repositories, Releases and project documentation to make technical material easier to find and understand. Page titles, comparisons, explanations and tutorial structure are the site's own editorial presentation and should not be treated as official wording from FlClash or Mihomo maintainers.
Version-sensitive details such as Release assets, CPU architectures, configuration fields, API methods, platform compatibility and security behavior should be checked against the current upstream repository, Release notes, official project documentation and the environment in which you actually run the software.
3. Content, versions and technical examples
Tutorials, YAML snippets, shell commands, API examples, DNS/TUN settings and troubleshooting steps are provided for technical reference. Example domains, node names, ports, Secrets and provider URLs may be placeholders used only to explain configuration structure; they do not represent a working proxy service, subscription or production-ready configuration.
FlClash, Mihomo, Flutter, operating systems, configuration formats and third-party services can change over time. Interface locations, field names, package formats, permissions and runtime behavior may differ between releases. Test important changes in your own environment and keep a recoverable configuration or backup before modifying production or critical systems.
Download version numbers, Release Asset names and external URLs may change as upstream projects publish new versions. The site should avoid inventing or knowingly presenting stale resources, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party file path, mirror, repository or service will remain unchanged.
4. User responsibilities and permissions
You are responsible for deciding whether downloading software, importing a Profile, enabling System Proxy, Android VPN or TUN, changing DNS, using Override Script, calling Mihomo External Controller or following third-party resources is appropriate for your device, organization, account permissions and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Site content does not replace your own security, technical or compliance review.
On enterprise, school, public, shared or managed devices, confirm that you are authorized before changing proxy settings, virtual interfaces, routes, DNS, firewall rules or background services. Network changes should be made only when you understand the impact and have a way to restore the previous configuration.
Protect Profile URLs, subscription links, node credentials, Secrets, API Tokens, private keys and other sensitive configuration data. When downloading software, verify the repository, publisher, Release, architecture, filename, hash or signature when appropriate. A link from this site does not replace those checks.
5. FlClash, Mihomo, GitHub and third-party resources
The site may link to the FlClash GitHub repository and Releases, Mihomo documentation or repositories, Homebrew, software distribution pages and other external resources. Those projects and services are independently operated or maintained. Product names, links or compatibility references do not create an official, authorized, agency, reseller or partnership relationship with app-flclash.com.
After you leave app-flclash.com, the destination provider controls its own software distribution, accounts, privacy practices, pricing, security, availability and update policies. Review the publisher, project URL, version, license and applicable terms before relying on third-party software or configuration.
FlClash is a client application, not a proxy-node or subscription-line provider. The availability, legality, privacy, security, billing and performance of a third-party Profile, proxy node, subscription or network service are the responsibility of the actual provider. Explaining how a client can load a Profile does not make app-flclash.com the provider of that service.
6. Open-source licenses, intellectual property and names
The official FlClash repository is currently released under the GPL-3.0 license. FlClash, Mihomo and other third-party source code, licenses, names, icons, trademarks, screenshots and software packages remain governed by their respective rights holders, project licenses and applicable law. These website Terms do not replace, narrow or modify rights granted by an upstream open-source license.
References to FlClash, Mihomo, ClashMeta, GitHub and other project names are used to identify projects, explain technical relationships and link to public resources. Such use does not mean app-flclash.com owns those names or has received official endorsement from their maintainers.
Original site writing, information architecture, non-third-party graphics and website code may be protected separately under applicable law. Reuse of original site material should not present it as official FlClash or Mihomo documentation or create a false impression of authorization, partnership or endorsement.
7. Disclaimer and liability limits
Site content is provided using information available and reasonably verifiable at the time of publication. No guarantee is made that every technical explanation, version reference, external link, configuration example or troubleshooting step will remain complete, current or suitable for every device, network, region or future software release.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses or interruptions caused by third-party resource changes, incompatible configuration, node or subscription failure, DNS or port conflicts, System Proxy/TUN behavior, API use, system permissions, external software, network outages, data loss or other circumstances outside the site's reasonable control should be evaluated according to the actual cause and responsible party. The site does not assume the responsibilities of third-party projects or service providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Any disclaimer or limitation should be interpreted only to the extent legally allowed.
8. Terms and website content updates
These Terms may be updated when app-flclash.com changes its content scope, page features, external resources, technical architecture or legal requirements. The current version is the version published on this page.
Changes made by FlClash, Mihomo or other third-party projects to their code, licenses, Releases, APIs or rules are not controlled by these website Terms. If one part of these Terms is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction or situation, the remaining provisions do not automatically become invalid.
9. Feedback and content corrections
If you find a broken download link, outdated Release reference, inaccurate technical statement, incorrect license information or another clear site issue, you may use any feedback channel that is actually published on the site. Include the affected page and enough verifiable context to review the issue, but do not submit full subscriptions, passwords, Tokens, Secrets, private keys or other sensitive information.
For configuration that can affect system networking, automation or a production environment, verify the current FlClash and Mihomo repository, Release and documentation before use, and test changes on a backed-up or non-critical system whenever practical.
